4 REASON YOU SHOULD NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST

 Most people don't add breakfast to their morning routine, they feel it's less important and it enable them save for lunch or waking up late and feeling lazy to have it. Breakfast is the first meal to start the day with and it should not be avoided, because it help in breaking your over night fast, boost metabolism and energy and improve memory. Skipping morning meals decrease metabolism, fatique and makes you feel moody.

Skipping breakfast can lead to various harmful health complications:

1. HEART DISEASE: Skipping morning meals can increase your blood sugar levels during lunch.

2. WEIGHT GAIN: when you skip morning meal you tend to eat much more during lunch to compensate your body (overeating) which result to weight gain.

3. MIGRAINE: Avoid breakfast has  a negative impact on migraine( dehydration) 

Skipping breakfast is one of the worst trigger of migraine, to avoid this, ensure you eat a light meal before walking out of your house.

4. BRAIN FUNCTION: To enable your brain to function well, you need to eat a healthy breakfast.

Studies shows that children who skip morning meal have problem in solving math, reading and standardized test , eating a healthy breakfast help improve your memory compare to when you skip.

Skipping breakfast lead to hypertension, obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels. In order to avoid this eat a healthy breakfast, avoid breakfast with high carb, fats and sugar.
