Nutritionist consider junk foods as unhealthy and harmful. Some of the junks food that people show addiction are: burger, sausage, pizza, sodas , candies 
People don't usually care about what the eat , as far is pleasant and succulent , but the don't know the side effects of eating those food. Funk food/ fast food are especially design to be addictive in nature with high fats,sugar and salt that makes you crave for them even when your not hungry . Fast food/junk food can also affect children and teenagers, you May Allow your children to tantalize their taste buds by binging on junks or fast food / packaged food. Are you aware that adolescent favourite food could cause damage to his body . Researchers label junks food as a drug, an addiction that is difficult to overcome.

1.Tooth decay:

 Frequent eating or drinking junk substance lead to poor oral death . Drinking large amount of soda cause tooth decay and gum disease

2. Increase risk of cancer

4. High blood pressure: 

junk food increase blood pressure level . Health expert recommend not more than 2400mg of sodium a day , just ten-ounce pack of potato chips alone contain 1680mg of sodium .. Parents beware .

5. Inadequate growth and development

Children do gain about 20 percent of their height and about 50 percent of his weight during teen years , if your children mostly consume junk food. , He can suffer from Vagerarious nutrient deficiencies which can hamper their growth .

6. Obesity

Obesity is one of the common side effect of eating junk food. Junk food contain loads of calories,fat, sugar. Obesity may cause medical issue like cancer diabetes heart disease ,joint pain.

7. Increase the risk of heart disease

Fat that are found in fast food are made up of saturated fatty acids.(fats that are solid in room temperature) those fat are derive from animals or plants and these days can raise your blood cholesterol levels which can lead to cardiovascular disease.

Eating of junk food may cause skin issue like acne/ pimples
