I am a Food Scientist by profession; so you are assured for a classy information being passed across as this is majorly my area of specialization. Most unconscious consumables we take in has adverse effect and danger to our body system which in turns deteoriate our health conditions. There are substances we eat/drink on a daily basis that are harmful to our health. When the brain is dead the whole body dies, when the heart stop beating the brain stops functioning. It means every part or organ (heart, lungs,liver, kidney,skin, reproductive system e.t.c) in our body are attached to each other; so we need to care for all, because a damage to one can affect all.
 
Healthandfoodies are here for you and your health, we will keep you updated about the food and things we need for a healthy-life, counting of daily calories in our body system, type of vegetables you need, the food to eat when sick or having some deficiency like food for diabetes, stroke, people with high blood pressure, lipid e.t.c The type of food they need which naturally brings about a rapid recovery, food for the obese, underweight and side effects of some food we take in which can cause serious damage to our health.
