DEVELOP GOOD HABIT OF EATING VEGETABLES
Have seen some kids dislike eating vegetables, the pick it out of their food , which is not good . Parents should develop a good habit of eating vegetables for their kids, too many vegetables are cooked to death and taste bland. Raw organic carrots, peas, parsnip chips and mashes and jacket- baked potatoes are naturally quite sweet and favourites with children, serving something raw with each meal eg cabbage , carrot or tomato , develop the taste for salad foods
DON'T DEVELOP KID WITH SWEET TOOTH
The taste of sugar is acquired through eating sweater foods, it can be reduced by reducing the level of sweetness in foods and drinks by replacing sweetness foods/ drinks with fruits juice diluted half and half with water. During meal time when kids are Thirsty give them water for the first glass and diluted juice for the second. Don't give them sweets, cola as a threat. Send them to school with fruits rather than money to buy sweet, when they become older and have pocket money they are likely to crave them or develop an addiction.
INTRODUCE OILY FISH AND SEEDS TO YOUR KIDS MEAL
As long as your kids eat oily fish threw times a week and a daily portion of seeds ,they should be getting a good level of essential fats to help their brains develop and boost IQ.
