Hydration is very important, for our body to function well it need water, so when you lack water it becomes a problem, However, here are signs that your body is dehydrated.
- EXTREME THIRST: Your body need water to survive, your cell, tissue, organs and skin can't do without water. Overheating is one of the causes of dehydration. Overheating makes you Thirsty. So when you lack water ,your throat becomes dry and thirsty. Sometimes you feel an extreme thirst that you can't quench despite the fact you have already drank water . - HEADACHE: Your constant headache maybe as a result of dehydration. Drink a glass of water anytime you have headache and take a rest.
- URINE DARKER THAN USUAL: Urine is an indicator for testing dehydration. When your urine colour is darker than usual, it certainly means you need more water. Urine that is colourless or light yellow means you're well hydrated.
- LITTLEE OR NO URINE: When you urinate little, it means you're dehydrated. So if you have this symptom try drinking water.
